Easy on, easy off! Slip Overcollar over the dog’s head and collar. The attachment ring of the dog’s collar is easily accessible through a strategically placed hole in the Overcollar so that a leash can be used simultaneously. The dog will now be visible up to 1000 feet. Since Overcollar is not meant to act as a collar for control, an exact fit is not necessary. A little loose is preferable to too snug.
